Shipping Policy

Tristar Racing Products offers shipping from multiple different transportation companies to ensure safe arrival. Orders over $300 qualify for free ground shipping. Items will not be shipped until payment is cleared. Tristar Racing Products uses a Flat Rate shipping system that goes by weight, orders under 1 pound have a flat rate of $4.49 and over 1 pound has a flat rate of $9.99. Shipping costs are NON-REFUNDABLE. Free shipping over $300 does not apply to AK/HI/PR residents, although it is not free, we offer some of the lowest shipping rates and will be glad to quote your order accordingly.

Once the package departs Tristar Racing Products, we are not responsible for shipping times/delays/lost or stolen packages. Estimated dates are not guaranteed. If your package is lost in transit and doesn't show delivered, we will open an investigation within the carrier. If the shipment is refused, you will be charged for original shipping and return shipping. Free shipping only applies to your original order.

Note: T Shirts and other apparel may take up to 4 business days before showing shipped as these are printed by order. Our shipping policy is free shipping on order over $300 but T shirts ship free and will reflect that at checkout.

Return Policy

Items purchased from Tristar Racing Products can be returned within 30 days of delivery date. If you have used/installed/altered/modified/welded/etc. to any of our parts the return will be denied, only items that are unused and still in original packaging are eligible for returns. Return shipping costs are the buyers responsibility unless we have sent a product that is defective or wrong. Returns are subject to a 5% restocking fee. International orders are not eligible for returns.

ALL RETURNS MUST HAVE AN RMA NUMBER FROM US TO RETURN.

Cancellations

Due to credit card processing fees we charge a 3% cancellation fee on cancelled orders. If the order has been shipped and you need to cancel you will have to wait until the package arrives and return it at your expense. Once returned and inspected there will be a 3% credit card transaction fee deducted from the refund along with the original shipping costs.

Tristar Racing Products has the right to cancel any order at any time, if it is cancelled a refund will be sent immediately.

Warranty

Tristar Racing Product is not responsible for any damage caused to your vehicle/other damages/loss of time. Our products are intended for offroad/racing use only. We offer a warranty on defective parts only on Tristar Racing Products branded products. We carry thousands of parts and any product not under "Tristar Racing Products" brands, we will offer the manufacturer's warranty/return/shipping policies.
