Shipping policy
Shipping Options:
We offer shipping through UPS & USPS (some manufacturers may use fedex) for your convenience. Our shipping prices are a flat rate system. $6.49 for order under a pound and $14.99 for orders over a pound. If your order is over $400, shipping is on us in the lower 48 (This excludes freight items, AK/PR/HI residents, Oversized and/or Overweight Items, and Manufacturer Items that have a higher free shipping policy than us). If you need your parts sooner, we offer expedited shipping at an additional cost. You can call us, and we will give you a shipping quote and provide an invoice with the correct items and shipping. Shipping costs are NON-REFUNDABLE.
Shipping Times:
Orders are generally processed within 48 hours after receiving your order confirmation. We ship Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Please note that shipping times are estimates, and we cannot guarantee delivery dates. On orders with multiple parts from different manufacturers, sometimes they may ship separately. If so, we will notify you via email with additional tracking information. If you refuse a shipment, you will be billed for the return shipping and no shipping costs will be refunded.
Shipping Locations:
We currently ship to all of the United States of America, even Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. Shipping cost will be the responsibility of the purchaser. If it does not calculate your shipping cost at checkout, reach out to us for a shipping quote.
Please note, we CANNOT ship Texas Speed & Performance, Gwatney Performance (GPI) or any exhaust related products into California. Your order will be cancelled and refunded.
Order Tracking:
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking information. You can track your order by following the instructions provided in the email. Sometimes you may receive more than 1 tracking number for your order.
Damaged or Lost Packages:
In the unlikely event that your package is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to file a claim with the carrier. Tristar Racing Products will not be held responsible for lost or stolen packages that show a delivered status
