Warranty Policy

Tristar Racing Products provides a 90-day warranty on TRP branded parts from the original date of purchase to the original purchaser only. This warranty is limited solely to the replacement of a product that is determined by Tristar Racing Products to be defective in materials or workmanship.

Tristar Racing Products assumes no responsibility or liability for any damage, failure, delay, loss of use, loss of time, loss of money/profits, or any incidental, indirect, or consequential damages of any kind, regardless of cause. Under no circumstances shall Tristar Racing Products be responsible for labor costs, installation or removal costs, towing, transportation, diagnostic charges, or any other expenses related to the replacement or use of any product.

This limited replacement warranty is the exclusive warranty provided by Tristar Racing Products. All other warranties, whether expressed, implied, or statutory, including but not limited to any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or performance, are expressly disclaimed to the fullest extent permitted by law.

This warranty shall be void if the product has been improperly installed, installed contrary to manufacturer instructions, modified, altered, misused, abused, or used outside its intended application, including but not limited to racing, competition, or high-stress environments.

Certain products sold by Tristar Racing Products may carry a separate warranty provided by the original manufacturer. In such cases, Tristar Racing Products makes no warranty of its own and all warranty claims must be submitted directly to the original manufacturer by Tristar Racing Products.

All product names, vehicle names, logos, trademarks, and manufacturers’ references are used strictly for identification purposes only and do not imply any affiliation, authorization, or endorsement. While Tristar Racing Products makes every effort to ensure accuracy in product descriptions, pricing, and specifications, errors may occur. Tristar Racing Products reserves the right to correct any errors and to change prices, part numbers, product availability, policies, and terms at any time without prior notice.
