Refund policy

 

Returns/Exchanges/Refunds:

At Tristar Racing Products, we understand that sometimes, items need to be returned or exchanged. We are committed to making the process as easy and convenient as possible for our customers.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Please note that the item must be in its original packaging and in the same condition that you received it. If the packaging is opened it is no longer a new product.

Please follow these steps to initiate a return or exchange:

  1. Log in to your Tristar Racing Products Account
  2. Find the order you want to return and select "Request Return"
  3. Select Item/s you wish to return
  4. Select reason for return
  5. Click Request Return to submit the return request
  6. Email sales@tristarracingproducts.com with the dimensions and weight of the box you are returning

Once we receive your return request and email we will send you a return label that will be deducted from your final refund. Return shipping is at our discounted rate. Once we receive the package, we will inspect to make sure all parts are in the same condition as we sent them. We will process your refund or exchange within 2 business days. Please note that shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Returns and exchange shipping is to be paid by the customer and there will be a 5% restocking fee deducted from your refund. It can take up to 10 business days for your refund to be processed through your bank.

Additionally, any products that have been opened, installed, modified, or damaged due to improper installation or use are NOT eligible for a refund.
