Genuine GM Lifter Tray 12595365 are for LS and LT engines Gen III, IV and V. In 07-14 LS applications and 14-Current applications these cannot be used with the AFM/DOD lifters. These are for 16 traditional non dod lifters like GM/Delphi LS7, GM Caddy Racing Lifters and Johnson 2110R Lifters.
