TRP Chop Force One Jr. Low Lift Truck Cam is best suited for those who want a nice bump in low-end and mid-range tq/hp without sacrificing drivability in their 99-13 GM Truck or SUV with a 4.8L or 5.3L.

TRP camshafts are ground in USA on USA made 5150 cores that have a smooth lobe design for quiet valvetrain operation and longevity. The idle quality will be smooth with a nice clean lope, and the drivability will be good pulling out to 6000 RPM. This is a true stock converter friendly camshaft.

You can expect to pick up around 48HP and 25 ft/lbs of torque with long tube headers and a free-flowing exhaust after proper tuning. This camshaft does not require a full exhaust but will benefit from it. Works with stock gearing and torque converter.

Notes:

1. This cam requires the use of a .560"/.570" Beehive Valve Spring
2. This is a 3-bolt camshaft and will not work with DOD/AFM or VVT systems. We offer this camshaft in a kit with everything needed to complete the job.
