TRP 6.0/6.2 Stage 1 Truck Cam is best suited for those who want a bump in tq/hp without sacrificing idle quality or low-end torque in their 07-13 GM Truck or SUV with a 6.0L or 6.2L with rectangle port cylinder heads.

TRP camshafts are ground in USA on USA made 5150 cores that have a smooth lobe design for quiet valvetrain operation and longevity. The idle quality will be smooth with very mild idle note, and the drivability will be like stock pulling out to 6200 RPM.

You can expect to pick up around 40HP and 15 ft/lbs of torque with long tube headers and a free-flowing exhaust after proper tuning. This camshaft does not require a full exhaust but will benefit from it. Works with stock gearing and torque converter.

Notes:

• This cam requires the use of .625" Beehive Valve Springs or .660" Dual Valve Springs
• This cam requires the use of 5/16" Chromoly Pushrods
• This is a 3-bolt camshaft and will not work with DOD/AFM or VVT systems. We offer this camshaft in a kit with everything needed to complete the job.
